1H30 session combines both areas
Sports Massage & Bodywork
1H – 120 EUR / 1H30 – 180 EUR
A session focused on relieving accumulated tension from sport or physical activity.
Techniques may include myofascial release, IASTM, and classic sports massage.
Relaxing Massage
1H – 100 EUR / 1H30 – 150 EUR
Slow, flowing strokes with comfortable pressure, fully adapted to your needs.
Focus on your preferred areas to help you deeply relax and melt into a state of bliss.
Session options:
- 1H can be divided into two 30 min massages
- 1H30 can be divided into two 45 min massages
- Head or Foot massage available in 30 or 45 min sessions
