Because children deserve the same quality of care, I offer massage and bodywork specifically adapted to younger bodies.

All sessions are tailored to the child's age, needs, and activity level, and always begin with a conversation with the parent or guardian. For comfort and safety, a parent or responsible adult must be present in the room or nearby at all times.

Relaxing Massage

30' / 45' / 1H – 50 EUR / 75 EUR / 100 EUR

A gentle, age-appropriate massage adapted to the individual needs of each child or teen.
For younger children, the session is calm, reassuring, and nurturing.
For adolescents, it offers a respectful and more independent approach, supporting relaxation, body awareness, and overall well being.

For children up to 10 years old, shorter sessions of up to 45 minutes are recommended.

Sports Massage & Bodywork

1H – 120 EUR

Designed for active and sports-oriented kids and teens, this session combines sports massage and exercises to relieve tension, improve mobility, and address restrictions that may affect sport performance or daily activity.

Recommended for children 12 years and up.
Minimum of 1H of treatments (can be combined with adult massage)

This service is available as an at-home or chalet session across the Mont Blanc area.

Areas served: Megeve, Combloux, Saint-Gervais, Cordon, Les Houches, Chamonix, and surrounding areas.
