About Me
With over 10 years of experience as a professional massage therapist and a deep passion for travel, my career has taken me to luxury settings around the world — from the Four Seasons to private islands and yachts.
Over the years, my constant curiosity and commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting results led me to explore more therapeutic techniques, including orthopedic sports massage, myofascial release, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and more recently, neuromuscular therapy.
Along the way, I came to understand that real and sustainable change in the body requires better movement. This realization guided me toward further education in movement science. In addition to extensive self-study, I completed my personal trainer certification and pursued further training in movement coaching, functional movement, and mobility.
Today, I bring together the best of both worlds — massage and movement — to help you create meaningful and lasting positive change in your life.
About the Project
Having practiced different sports and physical activities throughout my life, exploring movement has always been a passion of mine. Teaching and guiding others through movement has now become my main focus, while still honoring the essential role of manual therapy.
Alongside classic massage sessions, I offer more in-depth bodywork that combines hands-on treatment with targeted exercises, particularly for areas commonly affected by tension and discomfort, such as the neck and lower back.
During these sessions, you will gain insight into how other structures of your body may be contributing to pain and dysfunction. My goal is to equip you with practical tools so you can continue progressing at home and take ownership of your physical wellbeing.
I have also developed movement classes for those who wish to improve their overall movement health. These sessions focus not only on mobility and awareness, but also on building a more resilient and efficient motor system, one that is better prepared to navigate daily life while reducing functional rigidity and risk of injury. Each session is designed to be both educational and enjoyable. You will explore how your body moves, discover new possibilities, and leave with knowledge you can apply independently. Empowering you to take charge of your movement health is, ultimately, the heart of this project.
